1: How will my order be shipped? For shipping, we mainly work with DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, etc., depending on the region you are located. They offer the most secure and rapid shipping across most parts of the world. 2: When will my order be shipped? All of our dresses are made to order, and our tailors will make each dress as ordered, whether a standard size or a custom one is selected. That means we will only start working on them once the order is confirmed. It may take a few weeks for us to complete an item before it can be shipped, so the total delivery time is not the same as the stand-alone shipping time. ♦ Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time Processing Time: 15-18 days (It includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging, which does not include the number of days the shipping service takes to deliver the item to you.) Shipping Time: US and Canada (5-8 business days) Europe (6-10 business days) Australia and New Zealand (8-12 business days) For other countries, the shipping time is approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that processing/tailoring time may sometimes increase, especially between January and April, as this is our busiest time of year! (The total time to receive your order from January to April is about 30-35 days.) 3. How much will my shipping costs be? The shipping costs are automatically computed based on the weight of the dress. Weight 0.1kg–0.6kg, shipping costs: $19. Weight 1kg–1.5kg, shipping costs: $34 Weight 1.6kg–3kg, shipping costs:$45 Weight 3.1kg–6kg, shipping costs:$68 4. When will I receive the tracking information? For shipped orders, we will update the tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, and an email including the information will be sent to you. For orders that have not shipped, if they are still being processed, there will be no further updates until they are completed. You are always welcome to contact us for further updates on your order. 5. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes? Upon the arrival of the package in the destination country, any customs duties or import taxes will have to be paid. These costs must be covered by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs or can advise you what they are, as customs policies and import taxes vary greatly from one country to another. We work hard to ensure every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package leaves our facilities we have little control over what happens to the package. but we are happy to see what we can do to help if something goes wrong in transit.
