Return Policy
Please feel free to contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your items. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect and try on all the items as soon as you receive them.
When may I request a return?
1: We accept returns if the items you received are damaged or incorrect.
2: We accept returns if the color of the items you received is wrong (colors may vary from one monitor to another, so it is normal to have slight color differences).
3: We accept returns if the size of the items you received is incorrect (it is normal to have 1-3 cm of inaccuracy because all the clothes are handmade).
How To Return & Refund
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and include your reason and photos for us to verify. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
2. Once your request is approved, the items should be delivered to us within 5 days. You may ship with your local postal service (shipping costs will be at your expense).
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please note that for all returns, the customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
Also I cannot accept Returns or Refunds on following situations:
1: If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
2: Items in customized sizes, styles, or colors cannot be returned because they were tailored to you. Nevertheless, we shall discuss with you methods that may be helpful.
3: If you pass me wrong measurements.
4: Return requests due to personal preference are not accepted.
5: Returns without our prior knowledge.
6: If you don't return your dress in 5 Days upon the agreement of return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1: Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
2: Order cancelled within 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
3:Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: You will get a partial refund consisting of 60% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4: Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.
Damaged items due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
Please Note:
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
